Thank you for my Coros watch friends, just click the Coros Route Map link above and then choose to open on your watch. Those using a Garmin device please click the appropriate link which will open the Garmin Connect app on your mobile phone (assuming you have it installed).
Those with other watch types please research out to import a route to your device and use the GPX file provided.
Lastly, there are a few other mobile apps like Garmin Explore or Caltop and you can import the GPX file download.
