- Notes: It has been a busy few Saturdays – sorry there hasn’t been a big group run. Three weeks ago was Traprock 50k, then last weekend I did a long run on the Cape. This weekend I am volunteering at the 7 Sisters race & will be starting at 6:30am from the turn around spot (Old Mountain Road) and going back to the start area, then after the last racers start I’ll be headed back to the turn around for 11:15am where I’ll then begin my sweeping duties. If someone is looking for a few early miles, feel free to join me at 6:30am for some running/hiking/course mark checking.
